Your privacy is important to us.

Surveys and market research play an important role in the decision-making process of governmental organizations, companies, and private businesses. As a panel member, your answers help, influence, and improve decisions in the development of new products, the improvement of existing products, and the enhancement of services. Various organizations and political parties use surveys to evaluate means for promoting legislative initiatives and policies. The international market research organization ESOMAR has created professional standards that protect your privacy and help professionalize the market research industry. Panel View Ltd. commits to adhering to these standards. When you respond to research conducted through Panel View, your privacy is protected and secure. • Your personal details, including your name and email address, will not be shared with any third party without your consent, except when required by law enforcement authorities. • We will never try to sell you anything, nor will we sell your name to any third party. We are not involved in sales, but in market research, and we are only interested in your opinions. • Occasionally, we may contact you again to verify your responses. We will never misrepresent ourselves or our actions. • We will respect your decision regarding participation in a survey, answering specific questions, or canceling your membership in the panel without attempting to persuade you otherwise.

1. The Information We Collect

When we conduct online research, the invitations we send and the questionnaires always appear under our name and explain the purpose of the contact. When we contact you via email invitation, it is usually for the following purposes: • To invite you to participate in a survey • To conduct online research • To verify answers you recently provided in one of the surveys you participated in • To update your personal details in our records • To invite you to participate in a “Refer a Friend” campaign We do not contact children directly and do not interview children under the age of 10 without parental permission and supervision.

2. Survey Data - Confidentiality

We combine your survey responses with all the collected data and report them to the client in aggregate form (e.g., 30% indicated they are very satisfied, 20% indicated they are somewhat satisfied). We will never report individual responses. In addition to maintaining the confidentiality of responses, we will never sell, share, or transfer your name, address, phone number, or email address to our clients or other companies involved in market research or direct marketing or any other company. We will share your details or responses with a third party only in the following cases: • You requested or authorized the transfer of your details for a specific purpose (e.g., participation in a focus group) • According to ESOMAR’s guidelines, the organization to which your details are transferred after your approval commits to maintaining confidentiality and using them only for the specific purpose approved by you. • We are required for some reason to transfer them by law enforcement authorities.

3. Use of Technologies to Verify Authenticity

Similar to panel websites worldwide, each panel member has an identification number in our system. Identification is enabled through the storage of small text files (cookies) on your computer. Through identification, we maintain data reliability, prevent duplicates and repeated survey completions, and protect your personal information. Panel membership, access to the site and personal profile pages, and the accumulation of rewards require the acceptance of cookies.

4. Information Reliability
